  • Annual (or sooner as required) updated IIPP / HIPP
  • OSHA 30 Certification for all Foremen and above levels or supervision
  • First Aid / CPR certification for all Lead or above level of supervision
  • Timely management of ALL required employee certifications
  • All new hire employees are required to attend a detailed safety /code of conduct orientation
  • Pre- task JHA required
  • Daily stretch and flex of crew
  • Rotating member quarterly safety committee meetings to review cause / prevention / leading indicator incidents
  • Driver training programs for all new driver
  • Telemetrics system for all fleet vehicles
